Across Africa, Gilead works with a number of local partners to help ensure that our medicines reach the people that need them. Our pioneering generic licensing agreements have played a central role in expanding access to high-quality, low-cost HIV treatment throughout Africa. The company recently established an office in South Africa to manage our partnerships in the region.
