Direct Tier 2 spend is spend with diverse suppliers and or small businesses that your company sub-contracts to provide products or services to Gilead and/or Kite Pharma. Participating supplier partners report their direct Tier 2 spend quarterly to Gilead, using the Supplier Inclusion Portal
