Gilead’s Advancing Access program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access their Gilead HIV treatment, HIV prevention medication and COVID-19 medication. The program offerings include:
- Access to program specialists who can help answer insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
- Advancing Access co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible people on HIV treatment and HIV prevention medication with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $0 per month.
- The Advancing Access co-pay coupon program also provides Veklury® (remdesivir) co-pay support for eligible people with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs for treatment in the outpatient setting.
- The co-pay coupon program is not available for people enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. Additional restrictions may apply.
Advancing Access patient assistance program provides Gilead medicines at no cost for qualified patients who meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

- Access to case managers who can help answer insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
- Information about authorized distributors (i.e. participating specialty pharmacies).
- Cayston co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $10 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for people enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid.

The Letairis® Education and Access Program (LEAP) helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access Letairis (ambrisentan). The program offerings include:
- Access to case managers who can help answer insurance-related questions and provide information regarding coverage options.
- Information about authorized distributors (i.e. participating specialty pharmacies).
- Letairis co-pay coupon program, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible patients could pay as little as $5 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for people enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Additional restrictions may apply.
- LEAP patient assistance program provides LETAIRIS at no cost for qualified patients that meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

The Support Path® program helps patients understand their coverage and identify financial support options to access their Gilead hepatitis C (HCV) and hepatitis B (HBV) and primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) medicine. The program offerings include:
- Access to program specialists who can help answer insurance-related information and provide questions regarding coverage options.
- Access to the Epclusa nurse educator line.
- Gilead HCV, HBV and PBC co-pay coupon programs, which provides co-pay support for eligible patients with commercial insurance who need help paying for their out-of-pocket medicine costs. Eligible HCV patients could pay as little as $5 per month. Eligible HBV patients could pay as little as $0 per month. The co-pay coupon program is not available for patients enrolled in government healthcare prescription drug programs, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid. Additional restrictions may apply.
- Support Path patient assistance program, which provides Gilead HCV, HBV and PBC medicines at no cost for qualified patients who meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
